Residents of Nsukka, Enugu State, are once again counting their losses as torrential rainfall has left a long list of major roads across the town completely submerged and impassable. According to reports from residents on the ground, at least thirteen roads have been badly affected, cutting off transportation routes, disrupting businesses, and reigniting long-standing anger over the town’s poor drainage infrastructure.
